2) I thought the song was very depressing. I felt sympathy for the singer because he seems to be so stuck on this person that he is missing. He seems withdrawn, isolated and lonely because he can't get this person out of his head yet he is not with him/her. I felt slightly suspicious though because you never know if the person he is talking about feels the same way about him. He could be pining over someone who is avoiding him. Regardless, the song is very emotional. It may be very relatable for people who are broken hearted.

Going through a recent break up I could connect to this song and it actually made me feel really sad. You can feel the pain the the actors voice like you said. The singers message was very clear and strong in this song. Even without the subtitles I would have been able to tell this was a love song and someone is in a lot of pain.

ReplyDelete2) I'm no music expert, but I did feel the pain in the singer's voice in the first half of the song. He really sounds lonely and hurt. But the second half of the song picks up the tempo, and lets a background chorus carry the tune - and thereby feels less lonely. Perhaps there is a note of hopefulness there - saying that loneliness can be cured if given time. But that's clearly an optimistic reading.

It is easy to tell that the singer is very upset because he is thinking about this person every where he goes even though he is not with her. He puts a lot of emotion into his singing and his lyrics. This song could either help a person dealing with a break up or continue to make them extremely sad and down.

the song started off very sad, and depressing, and emotional. It sounded like he was singing about a lost love. in the middle around 2:06 he seemed very nostalgic and sad then suddenly other voices joined in hi song. I found this part to be a bit strange. He is singing about his lost love and other singers are singing more lively in the back. I think the other people are trying to giv him hope and help him move on. This is an emotional, sad, yet beautiful song.

ReplyDelete2.This is indeed a sad song about an unrequited love. I felt a bit sad because it is hard to love and not be loved. I love soft and romantic music. I often listen to Andrea Bocelli songs, and I enjoy it although most of the times i do to understand it, Italian singers have a very beautiful, strong and melancholic voice.

ReplyDelete2) This song is very dramatic and although it attempts to evoke the sadness of a lost love, it feels very dated and the video does not really help. I felt confused a bit throughout the song because while I partly felt for the singer and his now unrequited feelings of love, I also almost felt like laughing because the music and visuals were a bit over the top.
